Overcharged for SMS's
I have two Vodacom contracts. Both have SMS bundles of 200 sms's. The agreement was, and it was confirmed yesterday, that I only pay 35c per sms out of bundle. But each sms costs me 80c. I checked it this morning. I would like a refund on both contracts as this was not the agreement
