Overcharged for ongoing 10 months

I signed up as a new vodacom client 10 months ago and have regretted this decision ever since. I signed up for a top up contract (R205) and 10gig router (R300) therefor expecting a straight forward R505 bill every month.

There has not been a single month that this amount has been deducted. (Surely this is breaking contract?) Each month I wait anxiously to see what they will deduct ranging up to R1200. This has resulted from Kloof Chatz making various mistakes with my contract. They signed me up for an extra 10gig router (which I payed for, for 3months) They also made my credit limit R1 which resulted in my lines being blocked every single day, over my two week december holiday, at 19:00 - I had to phone every morning to unblock each line causing great frustration and anxiety for being disconnected (what if there was an emergency?) They mentioned in December that they would give me a free month as compensation - which is absurd since we are in May and not only did they never give me a free month but they have still not resolved my overcharged account (from signing me up for an extra contract).

I have sent several emails to the manager over the last few months and I am either ignored or shrugged off saying that it is already resolved without an explanation of how Vodacom came to this conclusion. This month they once again deducted a random amount of R550 ? Whilst I am still R710 overchared. I made a complaint with Vodacom and they sent me 300MB data. Not really solving the problem, thanks Vodacom.
