Overcharged for data

Good Day<br> I have been overcarged for data for the last three months amounting to excess of R7000.00. I have logged query s3-8gw28-8kb8m and received an itemised bill. For July every night at 12 i am supposedly using about R100-R350 worth of data every day every night and now in august every night at 12 im supposedly logged on but the charge states R0 howevermy data bill is R3218.91???/ my phone has been deactivated and when i try to call accounts,there automated response tells me i have called too many times so they will get someone to call me back, however no one calls and now I sit without a phone...this is the worst overly priced barbaric service i have ever received from vodacom
