Overcharged for data

We have 4 phones on this account. In June a Blackberry phone was damaged and replaced with an iphone.<br> We were aware that Blackberry comes with R59 a month bis but had no idea of the cost of Vodacom data. This was not helped by the fact that the post office was on strike and hard copies of the accounts were not received for months. In fact the December statement with data for a whopping R907 was received today..<br> In January we went into Brooklyn and discussed packages for all 4 phones as we were rightly concerned.<br> What we don't understand is how no one ever explained this to us and we are not that technically minded.<br> If you use Vodacom data without their \packages"you pay R2 a meg"
