Overcharged
Poor service from customer care. I was charged an amount of R107.50 during my free eSIM period. A customer care consultant asked me to deactivate and reactivate my service on my Apple Watch and said I would now be charged as she could not get my watch to connect. I am with Vodacom over 20 years and I keep getting threats to suspend my service for sometime I was advised to do.
