Overcharged debit order

<p>I have been with Vodaxcom for nealry fifteen (15) years. I have been a very loyal client and have NEVER missed a payment or been arrears with any of my payments.</p> <p>My usual cellphone account each month for the past two (2) years has been below two thousand five hundred rands (R2500.00). I have NEVER had a cellphone balance of higher than three thousand rands in all the years I have been with Vodacom.</p> <p>Today, beng the 30th of July 2016, I awoke to a sms from my bank, stating that Vodacom had debited five thousand and seven hundred and sixty eight rands off my current account (R5768.72).</p> <p>This has now put my bank balance in a negative amount, ie. overdraft. For the past two (2) years I have always budgeted for two thousand five rands (R2500.00) for my cellphone acount, as I makle 100% sure I NEVER exceed this amount. Now Vodacom has the ****** audacity to debit my account for nearly two and a half times this amount, without even a single phonecall or informing me this is going to happen.</p> <p>I now have no money to do my grocery shopping, put petrol in my car or pay any of my other month-end expenses.</p> <p>This is completely unacceptable and I WILL NOT be subjected to this kind of treatment after fifteen (15) years of 100% loyal service.</p> <p>I literally demand that this amount (R5768.72) is IMMEDIATELY reversed into my account and the normal monthly amount is debited off my account.</p> <p>I lietrally do not have a cent now to pay for anything in my life thanks to Vodacom now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am beyond angry.
