Overcharged and cheated

I've spoken to Vodacom today to query why they are charging me R500 more on my contract and then I find out that my cancellation I've done over the phone in January was never loaded! This means now I have to pay a ridiculous amount for another month. I followed the correct process (Cancelled month in advance) in cancelling my contract.
