OVERCHARGED AGAIN EVEN WITH SET LIMITS ON CONTRACT

Refer back to my previous complaints. Surprise surprise. Again Vodacom is trying to ***** money by adding charges onto my cellphone bill DESPITE the fact that i have a R100 extra limit set which cannot be altered. I paid the regular amount plus 100 as per usual and now they are HARRASSING me telling me I owe them an ADDITIONAL R550 odd rand.<br> <br> After complaining sending emails and twitter I still have no feedback just HARRASSING messages to pay else they cut me off.<br> <br> This is their usual modus operandi.
