Overcharged account and refund pending for too long.

I am not happy with the service that I am receiving from Vodacom. My name is Natasha palmer cell number is ***. On 05 October 2023 I called Vodacom at 10H06 and spoke to a consultant named Jason who assisted me with an upgrade towards my daughter's account *** which is linked to my contract. upon the upgrade additional fees were wrongly charged to my contract. on the 20th Nover my debit order date Vodacom charged me over R300 then the agreed amount. I have been contacting Vodacom since 21/11/2023 again on 24/11 2023 again on 27/11/2023 again on 29/11/2023 again on 04/12/2023 and 05/12/2023 and I am just told that the matter is been escalated. this is my second week contacting Vodacom and the matter is still escalated. Even poke to Neo who addressed himself as the manager, was not helpful at all he just advised that the matter will be escalated. I have further asked that the refund be credited back into my personal account, which was debited, and I was advised that it will be credited into my Vodacom contract of which I did NOT agreed to. My rating to Vodacom is not 1 but zero
