Overcharged

Renewed my 15 year old contract with Vodacom worth about R2k per month, only to realise that they were charging me a handset fee. Canceled upgrade thereafter at Incredible Connection Vodaworld. Then tried to port to Cell C,only for Vodacom to continuously sabotage the process--was successful 4 months later.In this period contrary to what was mentioned to me when cancelling with the callcentre, I was charged for handset upgrade--even though the phone was cancelled! to add insult to injury, when I finally ported, I was charged a \balance of 24 months contract fee \"of about R4000 . I called in to the accounts department, where I was assured that they would reverse.Noticed that the debit still went off.<br> How many consumers has Vodacom done this to?"
