Overcharge

I upgraded my account in December 2014 and then cancelled it within days. The account was a 3Gig data package cost R399 the upgrade was to a note with 2Gig. I have been phoning nonstop about this issue for the last 4 months. I pay for the \upgraded package"and only get the 2 gig. I also have not been refunded on the upgrade of R160. Today I received an sms stating my contract will be R30 per month. <br> <br> This is the worst company to deal with I have even pasted banners of how useless they are with no response."""
