Overcharge

I think this is the third time in a row I upgrade and the installment is more. I upgraded my wifes phone contract is R729 p/m now I pay R1250p/m These people are useless. This is after I waited more than 4 weeks for the phone and no-one even phoned to tell me when the order will come. 0 for customer service
