Overcharge

I have a 10GB data for R299.

The contract ended on the 7th January which i have asked to cancel the contract. End of December you debited R499 from my account and now i receive an invoice for R1000 for the end of January.

I keep phoning customer care and they transfer me to accounts department and account departments transfers me to customer care.

Please can it be sorted out ASAP

Please assist as I still haven't received any feedback regarding this issue and now I'm getting phone calls from lawyers..

I have had countless phone calls from and to Vodacom and everyone has been saying to me they will get back to me...

Till no... NOTHING!!!!
