I ported my number on 2nd Nov but Vodacom still debited me in FULL on the 15th Nov for the November month. Tried phoning their "waste of time 082111 number" and kept being put on hold and transferred to 4 different people, who all give different reasons why I should be billed in full.

It's a disgrace, if one agent doesn't want to talk to you and help you sort out the issues, they just transfer or put you on hold endlessly.

Thank goodness, i do not have to deal with them again.

Frustrated and annoyed.

Best regards,
So, Craig from vodacom contacted me BUT still no resolution. He claims the billing is for October month BUT it clearly states on their invoice "November" and he says I'm wrong?!
Over and above this, they now want to debit me again for additional calls. What a bunch of *******
They say I never cancelled my contract??? How do they port a number and then still expect you to make calls? If my number was ported away from them, I cannot use their services anymore, but they still leave my account open so they can continue billing for subscriptions which you will never use?

So after many phone calls to try get my money back, I get another statement showing I am now in credit. So obviously I was right about being billed in advance. NOW A NEW PROBLEM. Vodacom do not credit your bank account if you are in credit with them unless you phone them to instruct them to do so. I have phoned a few times, only to be told that they need to transfer me to the right department (this happens 3 times in a call) and when transferred to the 4th person and having to repeat myself over and over, they simply just cut me off. This takes around 40 mins. I have even gon into a Vodacom store and all they can do is phone their customer care (think they should find a different word for this) and the 40 min proccess starts all over again, 4 consultants and CUT OFF AGAIN!!!!!!! Even when you ask to speak to a manager, you get the same disgusting LACK of service.
