Overbill

I have recieved the letter of Demand from Vodacom today saying that i owe them R148.93 whereas vodacom owes me the same mone and my account is hended over to debit colletion so i really tired of Vodacom and i just want to cancel the contract and i demand an apology from Vodacom as they mess up my credit ratings
