Over vodacom

So i will never use vodacom online again.... I did an only order and got a message saying the courier company has my package. Got a phone call from Vodacom online saying that i will get my package between Monday and Wednesday if i phone vodacom to ask what is going on I get shouted at argued with and even get the phone put down in my ear lovely service i know right.. So when you do get hold of them they tell me the courier company has it so vodacom can't help me. I am at the point of going to the police saying the phone got ****** because the tracker number they gave me saying tracker not found so no one can tell me where my package is so it has to be stole. This is absolutely horrible. I am over Vodacom and their so call wonderful service haha what a joke.
