over promise non delivery
<p>I visited the branch at Fourways mall on 22 September to upgrade 2x contracts. Had wonderful service from Themba. Was told to collect my 4x cellphones after 12 the following day, as they waiting for stock. I drive from Krugersdorp to Fourways only to hear that I must now wait till Monday. I am disgusted with the lack of after sales service!</p> <p> </p>

I received a message that I would be contacted by a representative of Vodacom. 3 days later no response and still no phone. The branch is full of excuses and passing the buck from 1 person to the next. A manger is conveniently never in to speak to. If I don't call or email, to try get feedback, they don't follow up with me at all. I have never experienced such pathetic customer service from Vodacom before.
