over promise and under deliver

I am disgusted with Vodacom online service they over promise a customer things that they can’t even deliver. On the 10 January 2018 I app**** for a contract phone online, I initially wanted a Huawei P10 lite white in colour where the consultant advised me that they don’t have that colour in stock. She then told me to choose between black and sapphire blue, which I choose sapphire blue. The consultant asked me to send through documents which I did the same day. the next day on the 11th of January 2018 I called just to check if the documents that I sent where received or not the call centre agent that helped me told me that my application was declined boy was I disappointed but the I thought to myself that maybe my credit score is too low. On Monday the 15th of January 2018 I got a message from Vodacom stating that my application has been approved wow i was surprised because on Thursday it was declined and now all of the sudden it’s approved which means that the call centre agent that told me that it was declined was actually lying to me. Ok after the message a call centre agent that is helping me with the whole thing called to congratulate me and read the terms and conditions to me she then told me that people from the confirmation department or something will call me and I should give them my delivery address. I waited for day and on the 17 of January 2018 the department called tasking me some few question and I passed them all according to him. I then told him that I am going on leave from the 22 of January 2018 he told me not to worry I can expect the phone by tomorrow and those are his exact words .Wednesday came and I was expecting my phone, I called the call centre again and spoke to a lady by the name of Thando who refused to give me her surname which apparently they are not allowed to give out their surnames. well I called to check my order status she advised me that the lady who is using this email address shahista.abdulkadir.co.za will call me , which she did she told me that there has been an error from their site and i should be patient because the phone has not yet being released boy was I disappointed again . today on the 18 January 2018 I sent an email to her advising that I am going on leave and I would like to change my delivery address because I registered with my work address, she didn’t reply to my email instead she called me hours later and told me something that really ****ed me off she told me that they had errors from their site yesterday and that now they can’t deliver my phone because they DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK really? I thought they have my phone ready on Wednesday already. What kind of a sick jock is this? She doesn’t even know when they will have it in stock. So what she is telling me is that I have to wait for Lord knows how long just to get a simply phone . This is not the kind of service I was hoping for from Vodacom. if I could I would cancel this stupid order and option for the competition.
