Over priced and slow service

I took my iPhone 6 to the Vodacom outlet in Clearwater Mall due to a cracked screen. A week and half later I receive a call from the courier service wanting to confirm my address for delivery of my phone. When my phone arrived the screen was not repaired. I took my phone back to Vodacom and they advised that the \Find my iPhone"function was switched on and they do not work on iPhones when this function is switched on. Great"
