Over charging for upgrades and useless service

Vodacom utterly useless. I specifically asked Vodacom to stop upgrade bull****. Asked to cancel one of my unused data accounts and yet they still get monthly deductions. No way to cancel via internet have to actually speak to operators who are clueless. Surely written instructions are better.
