Over charging

<p>I recently upgrade my phone contract with vodacom. I originally wanted to move my contract to telkom as they had a very good deal(R1100pm for unlimited calls and 20gigs data pm excl R200 insurance) . When i informed vodacom that i am not going to renew my contract, i was informed that they will do a deal match on the contract(R1200pm for for unlimited calls and 10gigs data excl R200 insurance). I was informed that my debit order would be no more than R1400pm.I then decided to stay with vodacom as i have been with them for many years. When my debit order went off now in july, it was R1900, R500 more than what was told to me and agreed to. Please can someone sort this out for me and give me an answer ASAP....</p>
