Over charged R131.

I have been a vodacom user for a long time and I love this brand but as of late I'm starting to lose fate due to bad customer service experience.

I wanted to convert my monthly airtime that I get from my contract but I chose the wrong option because I saw my airtime balance was still R132.00. I contacted vodacom customer service to have it cancel on the 4th of December 2019, as I was waiting for my upgrade huawei p30 lite.

They promised to deactivate it at the end of December but when I checked my account bill on the app. I saw it was not deactivated and I was charged twice. I phoned vodacom contract dpt, they log a calls but Judy Chetty keeps on closing it with the following responses....

Dear Someleze Booi The data will deactivate at the end of the month. The data is still available for you to use Regards Judy Chetty

Dear Subscriber When you did an upgrade the bonus data bundle was deactivated this was in December. We are not crediting any Black Friday Bonus data bundles. Many thanks Regards Judy Chetty

Dear Subscriber 2GB Bonus Data Bundle @ 25% Discount has been deactivated As a once off goodwill gesture. The data will deactivate at the end of the month. The data is still available for you to use

Unfortunately we are not crediting/refunding anyone for the Black Friday deals Regards Judy Chetty

This is bull****... That I must pay for data R131.00 for January. I'm now I must R625 whereas I was supposed to pay R490. If this is not resolve I will cancel my contract and reverse the debit order.
