Over charged for software crash

If I could give negative 100 I would have.

I'm extremely disgusted by vodacom especially the store in Middelburg mall. My Samsung crashed today due to a new update, it froze completely, I went to the store for help the just plugged it into their computer to recalibrate it. It was back to working order took less than 5 minutes. But I was charged R380 for it like ***!!!! That's pure daylight *******. 1. I bought the phone at that store in 2022 had zero problems until today. 2. This is a Samsung problem and software problem. 3. The phone is in perfect condition.

So again why the F##k was I charged.

You better have a damn good explanation or big trouble is coming for vodacom.

I would NOT recommend vodacom to anyone they are super overpriced for the worst quality services.
