over charged data bundle

I actually cannot believe the service I have recieved from Vodacom. I have had a data query since May 2015, and nothing seems to ever get resolved. They send me a message to say they cannot get hold of me, I have phoned 082111, account department, data support, legal department to no avail. Please I need to get this sorted out
