Over charged and still have statement

on the 26 June 2015 an amount of R1600,25 was debited from my account, I called the vodacom call center I was transferred to the accounts department of which explained the reason behind my bill ,Yet i asked for supporting evidence meaning a statement and till this day fourth I have not received my statement.
