OVER CHARGED ACCOUNT - DATA

<p>I need someone to please call me urgently and sort out my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Earlier this year, I had a bill of over R3000.00 pm where it was at only R900 before those times, for months. April and may my bill was rediculous.</p> <p> </p> <p>I see you state on my invoice extra data. I have an active 1GB data bundle and if I went over, no way did i go over by R2000!!! I had a look on my smart phone that my data usage for those months was just over 1gb, so please tell me how it works that i was billed so high.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want an evaluation done on my account and this to be sorted asap, I am on the verge of changing networks after so many years. This makes me ill that I have been paying so much. I want this all accessed and no excuses.</p>
