Over a year, yet still got a Vodacom record lingering over me

Hi, I had a Vodacom contract that ended over a year ago, but I still have a vodacom record in my credit profile showing an active account, that is contributing badly to my credit profile as it shows i have more accounts active. I paid off Vodacom a year ago and need this record taken off my name or account closed, please.
