Over a month time of repairs!

Ok this is now my third post: I sent in my phone for repairs over a month ago, it was a simple matter of replacing a missing part of plastic in the charger port. Nobody keeps me updated, unless I email or call. I’m serious it’s been over a Month!!!! Three weeks ago I was told that the technician that was repairing my phone has been on sick leave and the phone has been lying on his desk…. Vodacom only has one cell phone technician????

I have now been told that the motherboard needs replacing, I know this is not true as my phone was working 100% besides the charger port. Now I ask for proof of the replacement of the motherboard when I FINALLY get my phone back, that’s it that day will come……. The customer line says they can’t provide proof, HOW *****? So they buying time, because all you have to do it show me the old motherboard that was faulty?

I have paid a month’s bill to Vodacom, of a phone which I do not have, that Vodacom has had and of which I am getting no service.

Has customer service really come to this, I’m so frustrated.

Job no: ********** 4

So now you have lost my phone..... WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT!!!????
