Over a Month and still no phone

I am tired of Vodacom, laid a complaint on Hello Peter on Monday last week still I have not received any call to finalise my problem , only received a call from a person on Monday but still I do not have a phone.<br> I am tired of going to Vodacom every day to enquire about my phone and no one bothers to even call me back.<br> I was told to contact Markhams aboyut my phone but Markhams is saying i should go to Vodacom.<br> I am really really tired of this, I am not sure if I should go to my lawyers in order for me to get a phone.<br> I
