Outstanding service from Mamello and Kgosi.

I'd like to thank Mamello and Kgosi for the wonderful service they provided me when I had "lost" my airtime. I called in on the 6th of February. I didn't have much hope before I called in because some network providers have horrible service from their consultants.

Once Mamello said I do not work with the query, but I will transfer you to the relevant department and check up on you after to ensure that you have been assisted, it gave me hope. She transferred me to Kgosi and he resolved my query while we were on the call. Mamello did call me back to check if I was assisted and was happy with the service.
