Outstanding service by Vodacom branch Manager

I would like to give thanks and appreciation the manager Shaun Mostert at Vodacom situated in the Jacaranda Centre, my husband have been struggling with Vodacom consultants for months now trying to get our devices upgraded, I am quite frankly wondering what type of training these call Centre consultants receive as we were appalled at the utter incompetence and lack of customer service received, but once we were put in contact with Shaun we received the best service in years since we started with Vodacom, we would just like to say thank you thank you thank you Shaun for your patience and immediate assistance with our requests, even with the low stock on the devices you did your utmost best to get out new devices the soonest you could. Really thank you, we will be sure to only make use of your services for as long as you are with Vodacom. Truly thankfull!
