I have in 12 years in South Africa never been wow-ed by service like this. Tyrel went literally out of his way to re-unite a guest of mine from America with his SIM card. What wow-ed me: Tyrel answering his phone at 7 am in the morning ready to help, then driving the lost SIM card 10 km from town to Milnerton and if this wasn't enough climbing over my garden wall to place the envelope in a safe place out of the wind. I am impressed to say the least. Thank you!!! You guys are exceptional. :)
