Outstanding service

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I was recently having trouble with my modem connection and I happened to call customer care, and I was served by Simon Mnisi, and though unfortanely when first trying to solve my problem, the Vodacom systems were offline, and our call had to be cut short. However, Simon called me back with urgency to help fix my connection! His service was outstanding, its not everyday you interact with people from Customer Care that will bend over backwards and he did just that!</p>
