Outstanding service

I upgraded my Mac to El Capitan which is the latest software and since then I couldn't sync my iPhone or IPad. After 4 solid days speaking to the Apple call centre which happened to be in Greece, i discovered that my data was used up within a few hours as they had moved all my programs to the iCloud. I called Graham and he came to my house with his brilliant IT specialist, Tyrel Parker, who sorted out everything in an hour!<br> <br> This is the third time that I have received unbelievably great service from this service provider. VODACOM can be very proud of this franchise.
