Outstanding Service

Good Day<br> <br> When my contract came up for renewal I was seriously not looking forward to the entire process expecting it to take ages and hick ups all the way.<br> <br> However Nicky (not sure if I spelt it right) was absolutely amazing. she listened to what I needed and what I expected and gave me a couple of brilliant options. Needless to say by the time I left I was happy with my new deal and my new phone.<br> <br> So a massive thanks to Nicky. she is truly amazing at what she does.<br> <br> Thank you
