Outstanding Customer Service - Nonhlahla Masuku

<p>WOW, WOW, WOW !!! I never thought I would be coming to a platform to give Vodacom business - Their call center a great review - But here I am!! Frankly speaking, This lady deserves a GREAT AWARD for her s**** and dedication she portrays on her interactions with clients. </p> <p> </p> <p>I had been struggling with Vodacom "agents" for the past 2 full months, calling in week in and week out but all I got was pathetic and annoying customer experience due to that - either the agent(s) are *********** in product knowledge, unprofessional, unwilling to take ownership and/ passes the buck.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so so glad and very excited about the happy ending I had with Nonhlahla Masuku on the 17 July 2017; She deals with respect, knowledge, patience, friendly attitude, and professionalism. What is making me write this out is how she took ownership of my quest; and how she was patient until we reached consensus. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am a Quality Assurance Manager, and I commend her for a senior position of influence. A great asset she is!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks a lot, to her; I view Vodacom differently.</p>
