Outstanding Customer Service (Contracts)

I would like to thank Phindile who picked up my call when I called the Contracts dept. I was about to cancel a data contract which still had more than a year to go because the monthly data allocated was too little to meet my monthly needs. Phindile helped me amend the contract to one which allocates more data monthly.

Previously I was always told that because I was not due for an upgrade it's either I cancel or take an additional contract. I called prepared to cancel the contract but Phindile assured me that it was possible to amend it. She helped me save a lot of time, money and effort.
