Outstanding customer service

I have been struck by Vodacom Call Centre consultant's great customer experience before, but just had a truly outstanding call. Thanks Boitumelo Mashiyane, for listening - really listening - and taking time to work out the exact problem. You even apologised for interrupting me, stopped and listened again. You provide a clear and helpful explanation of the broad context of the problem and promised to come back to me - offering me an exact time frame. Much appreciated - thank you.
