Outstanding Call Centre Agents
I have been on the phone a lot in the last month dealing with Vodacom Fiber issues. A lot! And I have had the pleasure of dealing with the most incredible agents. Vodacom, your service delivery is not up to scratch but whoever hired and trained your call centre agents has done you proud. Your agents are the best I have EVER dealt with.
