outstanding balance paid, still harassing me!!

My debit order bounced one month, then Vodacom charged me R100 for the debit order that bounced. I then paid the outstanding bill and in a seperate payment the R100. They still harras me for the R100 although it was paid on the 29/01. Update your systems!
