"Outstanding accounts " ???

After dealing with my father's death over a year ago Vodacom is still sending my mother so called "outstanding account" in which Vodamcom has informed my mother (Pearl York) all accounts have been closed! This is unexpecptable and unfair - VODACOM PLEASE SORT THIS OUT?
