Outsourcing legal - why do you hate your customers so much?

<p>I gave Vodacom notice to close my contract last year and told them I wanted my number on Prepaid. I found out this year after requiring a sim swap (I was ******) that my account was with a legal company called TS Legal! This after using my number as a prepaid number for 6 months of the year already! </p> <p>The reason they (Vodacom) gave me was that I had to pay to retain my number, and I didn't do they sent it to legal. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have since paid the outstanding account 3 weeks ago (!!!!!!!) directly to TS Legal, who have disappeared and clearly haven't told Vodacom that I've paid as I haven't been able to do a sim swap since I was ****** 4 weeks ago! </p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone, at Vodacom and the pathetic TS Legal, please tell me where my money is and why my number hasn't been removed from the legal status? </p> <p> </p> <p>And for God's sake, enough with the outsourcing Vodacom! You've increased your market share and retained more customers than the other service providers over the last year, don't tell me you can't afford to keep your customer services in-house! Stop throwing sh*t in our faces for being loyal, excuse the French. </p>
