OUTRAGEOUS PRICING ON DATA ROAMING!

I was in Greece on Friday & wanted 2 check into my flight online on my phone as I wasn't able to connect to a local wi-fi network. Within 3-4 minutes I received 3 sms's. The first said that my current data roaming spend is R2000.00. The second sms said that my current data roaming spend is R6000.00!?! The third sms said that my current data roaming spend is R10000.00!!!?? How can checking into my flight online which took me minutes and a couple of web pages amount to R10K? The network on my phone was connected to vf GR (Vodafone Greece) of which I took a picture as evidence. The amount of data downloaded for that period was around 81MB of which I also took photo evidence. According to Vodacom's website, the contract rate for roaming data on Vodafone in Greece is R17.50 per MB, so the cost of the check in should be around R1435.00 not R10k! They also say on their website that one will receive notices at R2000.00 increments which didn't happen here. *** Vodacom? You better sort this out before I lodge a complaint with ICASA. This is extremely ********* behaviour on your part. Not impressed, I won't pay R10K for checking into my flight, thats more that the flight cost!
