Outrageous lack of service

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am sitting very frustrated yet again because I have had NO response from Vodacom on this matter which I have been complaining about since October 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>You can go to your facebook page and read the posts because I have posted more than once and once a lady Olivia called me and gave me an ounce of hope and belief that you guys are trying to assist, but that amounted to nothing when I never received feedback after the turn around time. So I understand, maybe it was the holidays, but yet again, no one has responded. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've just about had it with you guys so if no one wants to assist me, I will block all debits on my account going forward and when the consultants at the National Consumer Commision contact you, then you can explain you lack of service to them because I will not give you anymore chances and I'll be submitting my complaint form now. I am tired of thinking you're going to get it right and holding back. It's really pathetic that any consumer has to go through this, because let me miss one payment and your consultants are on the phone querying a non payment sooner than someone is available to assist. Such a disappointment to what I thought was the leading network in SA, but you're really down there with the rest.</p>
