Outrageous

I received my bill from Vodacom yesterday and saw a charge for Gamemine. I phoned in today to customer care and they advised me that vodacom cannot cancel it because I subscribed to it .

I didn't subscribe to anything that specific sim card is not even in use . So how is it possible that I subscribed to it.

I did my research only to discover that Vodacom has bee ******** people out of money with gamemine since 2020. Please just see to it that it gets cancelled immediately
