I am writing to express my concern regarding the Integrated Fiber ONT (Optical Network Terminal) installed at my home. While I appreciate your service, the lack of an Ethernet port on the ONT is limiting my options for connecting compatible routers.

My Concerns:

Ethernet Connectivity: An Ethernet connection is essential for seamless communication between the ONT and my router. Without this option, I cannot fully utilize my home network.

Smart Home Devices: My smart home devices (security cameras, smart assistants, IoT devices) require a robust and reliable network. An Ethernet connection ensures stability and optimal performance.'

Request: I kindly ask that Vodacom consider providing an ONT model with an integrated Ethernet port. This would allow me to connect a higher-spec router that meets my home’s requirements. As a loyal customer, I value your services and hope for a resolution.
