Outbound agent ****
One of their outbound call center agents phoned me and outright **** to me to get a sale. he told me that I was paying R250 per month and that he can give me a better deal for data if I pay R199 per month. He tried to rail road me into accepting and **** that he had confirmed with my daughter that he had confirmed this amount I was paying. In actual fact I only pay R48 per month for the number!
