out of warranty handsets by 2 days

I gave in my handset for repairs (blackberry) seeing that I live 40minutes from a Vodacom shop, this particular handset has been sent back to me twice as a refurbished handset. I have received a call from Elizabeth on a previous occasion but her number no longer works I couldn't get hold of her to organise this matter already brought under her attention. I should have gotten a new handset the first time and not an refurbished handset now out of warranty by 2 days no one can help me??
