Out of stock on Sony M4 Aqua since June LIES!

I purchased a phone on the vodacom website beginning of June and by the Friday 12th I had received my phone call (I had to borrow someone's phone) saying the phone will be delivered that Monday. I was impressed by the speedy delivery promises and also super exited for my new phone. 2 Weeks later no word from them. Since I do not have a phone (My reason for purchase) I tried every online service I could find. No one could tell me what was going on and I was directed from one person to the other with no luck. Later I was referred to Likeminds who then informed me the phone was out of stock. Weirdly my Stepmother bought the EXACT SAME PHONE from a Vodacom shop in this time, and when it was faulty, received a brand new one. I was then told to move my online contract to a store contract and did so. This took a week and after going back to the shop the person who was working with this is never available and the other people who I have asked to please check up on this cannot even find me on the system. The phone is being advertised en every shop window of theirs!!! I am beyond mad and without a phone for this whole period

Good Day Vodacom I am writing you a reply on this complaint much later, as my contract has just expired. I will never be using Vodacom again, contract or Prepaid. After the stuff up with the above-mentioned issue, I had to settle for the black model (which was fine, at least I got the phone) only to realise the add for the phone I purchased stated SKULLCANDY headphones and I received some no-name BS. With the nightmare I had with your company already, I decided to let it slide. I paid my accounts loyally on the day it was supposed to be paid all the time and never missed a payment. 6 months before my contract ended I changed my bank account and my debit order could not go off. I went to my closest Vodacom store where they informed me that I can pay cash in store. Thanks to this arrangement you guys charged me R100 and something odd rand for the failed debit order that I never got notified for. Only upon phoning in to tell Vodacom I will not be renewing my contract was I told that I have been handed over to lawyers for this R100 odd rand. Vodacom cut my line completely before the lawyers got hold of me (as in deleted completely not even just a temporary cut). When your lawyers got hold of me I requested the paperwork of this fee and proof of it being sent to me (how must I otherwise be aware of this) as well as an explanasion as to why I never received my Skullcandy headphones - This was over 2 month's ago and Vodacom's lawyers is yet to respond. Do I need to get my own lawyers involved before Vodacom wakes up?
