Out of stock for more than a month.

Upgraded on my contract, at the end of August 2015. A 1TB harddrive was included as part of the upgrade. Was told that they were out of stock, but that they would receive stock soon. Went there again to collect, but was told that there warehouse was out of stock too. Been more than a month, but staff and the manager keeps making excuses. Havent received it yet...
